Order Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 24 business hours. During high-volume periods, promotions, or holidays, processing may take 2–4 business days.

Shipping Time:
Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times will vary depending on the carrier selected at checkout and your location. Shipping time does not include processing time.

Coast2CoastGreen is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Return Window:
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.

In-Store Returns (Dallas Location):
Returns may be brought to our retail location with the original receipt and product packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:
For safety and regulatory reasons, the following items are not eligible for return unless defective:

• Consumable products (including flower and edibles)
• Opened products
• Clearance or final sale items

If a product is defective due to a manufacturing issue, please contact us immediately so we can review and assist.

All approved returns must include original packaging and proof of purchase.

VAPE PRODUCT RESTRICTIONS (Effective September 1, 2025)

Due to updates in Texas state law, Coast2CoastGreen will not sell or ship vape products to customers located in Texas effective September 1, 2025.

Texas Senate Bill 2024 expands the definition of electronic smoking devices to include vaporized hemp-derived cannabinoid products. In compliance with this regulation:

• Customers with a Texas billing or shipping address will not be able to purchase vape products.
• Vape items may be visible on the website but will not be eligible for checkout within Texas.
• Orders placed before September 1, 2025, remain final.

Customers outside of Texas may continue to purchase vape products where permitted by local law.
